Time Zones - new functionality in adserving system

AdOcean, the CEE leader in adserver services, expands its ads displaying system with a new functionality – “Time Zones”.
In response to the expectations of the global market, AdOcean offers its clients with easy-to-use and quick means to help them define advertising campaigns conducted in different parts of the world.
With the new functionality, called “Time Zones”, the AdOcean system is able to automatically modify time settings, so that they are true in the relevant time zone. When selecting a continent or city where an advertising campaign in question is run, the UTC converted to fit the appropriate time zone. The AdOcean system serves 319 defined time zones, which means that campaigns can be set to most countries on the globe.
This new functionality will make defining campaigns much easier when they are designed for regions in different time zones without the need to modify the display time settings manually, says Aneta Sankowska, Managing Director at AdOcean Sp. z o.o.
The changes implemented in AdOcean are indicative of the significance that online industry leaders attach to user-friendly IT tools in their everyday work. The “Time Zones” facilitates campaign management by automating the summer/winter time shifts and by offering the possibility to define default time zones. Also the statistics gathered by ad campaigns conducted in different parts of the world are now presented with consideration of the relevant time zone settings.
AdOcean clients may count on yet more novelties to come in the nearest future. A new functionality called AdOceanVideo will be available as soon as this June. This unique solution will serve video ad creatives and deliver accurate statistical data based on 20 different indicators, including distribution of display range, frequency of video creative displays, or the number of cookie users who began or finished watching a piece of material.
Soon, AdOcean clients will also be equipped with a module for ad space reservations. This functionality will enable them to reserve or book space for their planned advertising campaigns and check the availability of any space in any time of interest.
